Individual psychotherapy
An ongoing path through anxiety, blocks, emotional fatigue or life transitions.

I'm Dr. Sara Faroni. I offer a protected space where vulnerability becomes strength and imperfection a path toward awareness.
Free 20-minute introductory call.
Approach
A method that weaves phenomenological listening, mindful presence and attention to the body. The pace is yours.
I don't only look at the symptom but at the person as a whole. I use trauma-informed techniques so every step is safe, respectful and deeply transformative.
Through mindfulness we learn to stay with what is, without judgment. It is in this space of radical acceptance that true healing happens.
Working together means rediscovering your roots — values, needs, boundaries — and from there building a direction that truly resembles you.

Philosophy
"Wabi-Sabi is the beauty of things imperfect, impermanent and incomplete."
In my life and work I embrace this philosophy. I believe our scars and moments of fragility are not flaws to hide, but marks of a story lived with courage. In my practice we look for beauty in what is real, not in what is perfect.
