About

The therapeutic relationship as a place of listening, safety and transformation.

Dr. Sara Faroni

Psychologist with an integrated view of the person.

I work with adults on psychological-support and personal-growth journeys, with particular attention to identity, relationships, belonging, and life transitions.

My work grows from the meeting of clinical training, deep listening, and respect for the complexity of every story. I welcome questions on emotional well-being, intimate relationships, self-esteem, and the search for meaning.

When it can help

Areas of focus.

There's no "right" threshold for asking for support. If something feels off, that's already a good moment to talk.

Anxiety, stress and emotional fatigue

Panic attacks, constant worry, insomnia, chronic tension, feeling drained. We work to understand the signals and give them meaning.

Relationships, boundaries and communication

Family conflict, intimate dynamics, difficulty saying no, feeling unseen. We explore patterns and ways of relating more authentically.

Identity, orientation, LGBTQIA+ journeys

An affirmative space to explore identity, orientation, relationships, coming out, belonging and minority experiences — no judgment, no forcing.

Life changes, decisions, search for meaning

Work, parenthood, relocations, grief, the end of a relationship, inner inquiry. Transition moments where we make sense of things and find a direction.
